Red Matter is region-free. This is an open pre-order for a limited time.
PRE-ORDERS CLOSE ON SUNDAY, MAY 25, 2025 AT 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME.
Embark on Red Matter, a captivating VR puzzle-adventure set in a dystopian Cold War universe. As Agent Epsilon, infiltrate the enigmatic Volgravian lunar base on Rhea, uncovering a truth with far-reaching consequences.
Playing Red Matter in VR is incredibly immersive, and the puzzles feel genuinely clever without being frustrating. So glad this pre-order was open for a limited time — I almost missed it.
The VR puzzle mechanics in this one are genuinely clever without being frustrating, and the zero-gravity sections look amazing on the headset. Grabbed it during the open pre-order window and the disc installed with no issues at all.
Being region-free is a big deal for me since I import a lot of my games, so that alone sold me. The puzzle design had me genuinely stumped a few times, which is exactly what I want from this genre.
