APICO is a laid-back beekeeping sim game about breeding, collecting, & conserving bees!
Leave your boring city job behind to return to your family home in Port APICO and get back to your beekeeping roots.
The breeding mechanics are surprisingly deep for such a chill game, and the region-free release means I can play it on my Japanese Switch without any issues. Perfect for winding down after work.
I've sunk about 30 hours into this and the bee breeding system is way deeper than I expected for a cozy sim. Being region-free is a nice bonus since I could grab the import without worrying about compatibility.
I grabbed this on a whim and ended up playing for six hours straight. Breeding bees to unlock new flower types is oddly addictive, and the whole thing runs great on my Switch in handheld mode. Region-free was a nice bonus since I order a lot of imports.
