Snagged this on a whim and the pixel art is gorgeous, way more detailed than I expected for a metroidvania. Runs smooth in handheld mode too, no frame drops so far. Region-free disc was a nice bonus since I import a lot.
This is the final chapter in the series and it absolutely sticks the landing. Being region-free means I can play it on my Switch no matter where I bought it, which is a huge relief. The pixel art and atmosphere are just as gorgeous as the previous entries.
Been waiting on this one since it was announced, and the combat feels as tight as the earlier entries. Runs fine on Switch, though I hit a couple of frame dips in the bigger boss rooms. Solid closure to the series, just not the leap I was hoping for.
