Thomas ★★★★★

The hardcover feels sturdier than I expected for a niche book like this, and flipping through the 1985-89 endings brought back a ton of memories. The write-ups on each game's conclusion are detailed enough that I caught a few endings I never actually reached as a kid.

Riley ★★★★★

I picked this up for the nostalgia and ended up reading it cover to cover in two nights. Seeing the actual ending screens for obscure 1985 titles I never finished as a kid was oddly satisfying. The hardcover binding feels sturdy enough to leave on the coffee table.

Lily ★★★☆☆

Was hoping for more screenshots per game, but the hardcover binding feels solid and the ending summaries are accurate. It's a decent coffee table flip-through, just thinner than I expected for the price.
